The Best Party Snack That Only Takes 5 Minutes To Make:
With the holidays coming up it’s a good idea to have a quick and easy party snack recipe in mind. The holiday season gets very busy and not everyone has the time for cooking or baking. On the other hand, you wouldn’t want to show up empty handed. This recipe takes no time at all to put together and will make it look like you put in a lot of thought into your contribution. No matter what the occasion this recipe will be a hit at any gathering.
Start with 4 Packages of generic Saltine Crackers in a very large bowl.
I have found that generic brands of saltines work best. Name brand Saltines tend to be thicker crackers.
In a shaker mix 1 cup of olive oil and 1 package of ranch seasoning (picture below).
Note: I have tried making this with avocado oil and it did not turn out the same! So I suggest that you stick to olive oil for this recipe.
Pour the mix over the crackers completely.
As you begin to mix the crackers, start pouring in crushed red peppers. If you like spice add a lot!
Continue to mix the crackers until they are all well coated with the mixture and peppers.
And that’s IT! Leave the crackers in the bowl for about an hour and cover them with saran wrap to allow the mixture to soak into the crackers more.
