Digital Product Usage
After purchasing the digital product, Client will be given access to the product materials in within [48 hours] through a download delivered in client’s email. Client will have lifetime access to the materials so long as the product(s) is/are available.
Consideringalifestyle.com hereby grants to Client one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to use the Product. Client understands and agrees that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party. In the event Company suspects that the Product is being shared with another party, Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Client’s access to the Product.
Client may use the Product for his/her own personal use and business use and may modify the language as he/she sees fit. Client is not obligated to tag or give credit to Company for the copy in the Product he/she uses, posts, or shares.
This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party without written consent of both parties.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds under no circumstances. There are no refunds available due to the product being digital and immediately accessible after purchasing. No fees paid by the client for the product will be allowed.
Payment
The client agrees to compensate company the fee of the product as indicated in the online shopping cart at checkout. If the client payment method is rejected by the online payment processing, the client is responsible for updating their payment method before receiving access to the product.
In the event that the client receives access to the product and the payment method is declined, the company reserves all rights to collect outstanding fees.
Personal Information
The clients personal information will be collected upon purchase including full name, email, mailing address and billing address. By purchasing, the client agrees that the company may access this information for all lawful purposes. The client is responsible for providing accurate information, as well as the security of their identifying information. Personal information will be kept secure and confidential. Providing false or inaccurate information, or using the Product for fraud or unlawful activity, is grounds for immediate termination.
Warranties, Liability and Guarantees
consideringalifestyle.com will ensure the product is accurate and fit for customers use. consideringalifestyle.com is not responsible for client’s suitability or fitness of use of product. The client agrees to indemnify Company against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of Client’s breach of these terms and conditions.
consideringalifestyle.com does not guarantee any type of result or outcome from the use of product including but not limited to: financial or gains of client’s use of product. The client is agreeing to take own responsibility of results with regard to using the Product.
The company is not liable for any actions, claims, loses, damages, liabilities and expenses.
The product is intended for a mass audience. Product is not made to custom order.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Washington.
